• This offer is valid for all Indian credit/debit card holders and is valid for purchase made on all SpiceJet tickets purchased between 10th Feb 09 to 31st Mar 09.
• The cash back will be processed on the basic fare, excluding taxes.

• The cash back shall be credited to the same credit/debit card as was used for the purpose of making the purchase and will be reflected in the monthly credit/debit card statement.
• Cancellations and re-bookings will be allowed on the tickets booked during promo and will attract normal cancellation and rebooking charges.
• The cash back will be credited within 7 working days following the date of travel.
• This cash back offer cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on MMT.
• Prior to using the MMT website, the cardholder should read and understand the User Agreement of MakeMyTrip and proceed to make purchases only if the cardholder agrees to abide by the same.
• The cardholder shall be required to give personal information and credit/debit card details online for the tickets purchased on www.makemytrip.com. And the cardholder should read and understand the Privacy policy for the MMT website, prior to providing such information.
• Travel Agents by occupation are barred from buying tickets for their customers using their own credit/debit cards. MMT reserves the right to cancel such tickets if such a case comes to the notice of MMT.
• SpiceJet is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the service availed under this offer and all disputes in this regard is the sole responsibility of MMT and should be taken up with MMT.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer or as a result of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi only.
• The offer is not valid for infant bookings.
