* A 15% surcharge is applicable on package rate for ALL weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), public holidays and extended weekends.
* Minimum Length of Stay should be two nights .
* Children below the age of 5 years stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast and without an extra bed.
* The Child below 5 Yrs can stay in the room complimentary with parents with meals. The child between 05 Yrs To 14 Yrs can stay in the same room @ 1000 INR all inclusive with Breakfast per night & @ 1600 INR all inclusive with Buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in Premiere rooms and above per night . An extra adult can be accommodated in Lagoon Suite @ INR 1200 INR all inclusive with Breakfast per night & @ INR 2500 all inclusive with Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner per night .
* Kid Policy : Maximum One Infant (Below 5 Yrs ) shall be accommodated in a pavilion room , Maximum Two Kids ( Below 12 Yrs ) shall be accommodated in a Conservatory Premiere room and Lagoon Suite.
* Provision for an extra bed is available only in the Lagoon Suite.
* Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment , credit card guarantee , exchange order or bill to co. letter for credit listed agents and companies.
* Rates are valid for all nationalities.
* Bookings for more than three rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
* Any Cancellation 15 Days Prior shall draw One Night Retention charges.
