Again I cancelled my booking in 22/03/2018 and my refund amount ? 2938, which is not credited into my bank account till date.Than I complain under National consumer forum in06/04/2018 vide complain no 677184.Yatra .Com authority provide a APN NO-IGACSQONJ5 and they advice to talk with Grievance call of your bank,but home branch not taking any action.
Please taking necessary action as soon as possible.
