Your EMI would be calculated as 1/6th of the total ticket value.

I. Promotional Period: May 14, 2010 to November 05, 2010 (both days inclusive)
II. Booking Dates: May 14, 2010 to November 05, 2010 (both days inclusive)
III. Eligible Cards: All valid and current SBI credit cards (“Cards”) issued in India, with no outstanding of more than 90 days.
IV. Promotional Offer: SBI Cardholders (“Card holders”) can avail 0% Easy Monthly Installments (“EMI”) facility from SBI Cards and Payments Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL”) when they book flight tickets on jetairways.com using their SBI credit card. Under the Promotional Offer, the Card holders who book the tickets on Jet Airways during the Offer period can avail of the EMI facility of SBICPSL to pay for the said tickets at 0% interest.

V. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AVAILING THE 0% EMI FACILITY

a. To avail of the Offer the tickets have to be booked on the India country site of Jet Airways i.e. www.jetairways.com

b. In case of cancellation, refunds or reissue, applicable fare rules of Jet Airways will apply.

c. Tickets issued before the start date of the Promotional Offer will not qualify for the EMI Scheme.

d. The tickets are subject to availability.
e. The Promotional Offer of 0% EMI Scheme is open to all Card holders holding a valid and current SBI Credit Cards with no outstanding of more than 90 days.
f. In case the Card holder wants to foreclose or cancel the EMI Scheme and pay the money upfront for the tickets booked, a cancellation fee of 3% will be levied on the outstanding principal amount by SBICPSL.
g. Approval of 0% EMI is at the Sole and absolute discretion of SBICPSL  The 0% EMI facility is available for a tenor of 6 months
h. The 0% EMI facility is applicable / available only on the tickets booked by either Primary or Add on SBI Cardholder. No request from Add on SBI Cardholder will be entertained for transfer of retail purchases to FP
i. If the SBI Card holder’s payments on the credit card are revolving at the time of request for 0% EMI scheme in respect of the tickets booked, he/she will continue to be charged the standard credit card charge of 3.35% on his revolving balance till the time the transfer to 0% EMI actually takes place.
j. Upon 0% EMI approval, the Card holder’s credit limit shall be blocked upto conversion amount. This gets adjusted as and when 0% EMI installment payments are made.
k. The 0% EMI facility is applicable/available only on retail purchases subject to minimum single retail transaction of Rs 1000/- or more) made by either Primary or Add on Card holder.
l. 0% EMI monthly installment schedule will begin from the Card holder’s next billing statement and continue over the tenor. The 0% EMI monthly installment (s) shall be included in the MAD (Minimum amount due) of the account for the duration of the plan.
m. Non Payment of MAD will attract normal late payment fees and a standard credit charge of 3.35% on the unpaid 0% EMI’s.
n. Under Payment of MAD will attract normal late payment fees and a standard credit charge of 3.35% on the unpaid 0% EMI.
o. The Card holder can clear the EMI balance in his account through regular payment channels
p. The Card holder is supposed to pay the MAD in full to avoid getting delinquent.
q. Any query/dispute with regards to the payment using the EMI option should be directed to SBICPSL
r. This scheme is applicable for booking(s) made in (INR) Indian Rupees only.
s. This scheme will not cover purchases of ancillary products such as JetProtect Travel Insurance.
t. The EMI will be only on the total ticket value

VI. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a. SBICPSL does not endorse the quality of the services and any queries or complaints pertaining to the quality of the service will have to be taken up directly with Jet Airways.
b. Incase of any query regarding the bookings/services Card holder needs to contact Jet Airways customer care.
c. In respect of any query or complaints regarding the EMI Scheme, its availability, conversion of EMI etc, Card holder needs to take up the same directly with SBICPSL and Jet Airways will not entertain any queries in this regard.
d. Card holders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
e. Either party reserves the sole right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
f. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
