    Terms and Conditions:

  1. This promotion is valid for all passengers travelling on Go Air roundtrip tickets booked on akbartravelsonline.com from any city and arriving into Bangalore and Nagpur. The customer will get a free drop-off to the city from the Airport.
  2. This Promotion is valid on tickets booked between June 1st 2010 till June 30th 2010and Travel date between June 3rd 2010 till July  2nd 2010.
  3. Passenger needs to place a request for car rental at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight. For Example Customer can avail this offer if he is booking a flight on2nd June for his travel date on 5 Th June 2010.
  4. Customer will have to email mysupport@akbartravelsonline.com with the AO number and the flight details specifying the dates for availing car rental services.
  5. The customer will have to contact Akbar Travels Car Rental counter with the Go Air boarding pass and the Printout confirmation from mysupport@akbartravelsonline.com.
  6. Under this offer only One Transfer (Nagpur or Bangalore Airport to City) will be provided in an AC Car.
  7. No reimbursement of any kind will be made to the passenger in case he is unable to avail this offer under any circumstances.
  8. In case the customer reschedules or cancels the tickets a fresh request would be needed to be placed again and the earlier request would be Invalid.
  9. Any Dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra Only.
  10. Akbartravelsonline.com reserves the right to withdraw this service at any given time without prior notice.
  11. Travel Agents are barred from buying tickets for their customer using their own Credit/Debit Cards. Akbartravelonline.com reserves the right to cancel such tickets if such a case comes to notice.
  12. Prior to Using Akbartravelsonline.com, the users must read and understand the User Agreement of Akbartravelsonline.com and proceed to make purchases only if the user agrees to abide the same.
  13. In case of cancelation and refund of tickets after availing the car rental services a charge of Rs 800 additional to the cancelation charges and will be deducted from the customers refund amount.
  14. Maximum distance offered for the drop off services will be 45 kms radius from the Airport, Any additional Km the customer will have to pay Rs10/km
