• This Offer is valid for flights taken between 11th Feb 2011 to April 10, 2011 (both days inclusive) [the “Offer Period”].

• Only revenue flights flown by the eligible Member and his Family Members as enrolled in the family club shall be considered for the Free Ticket Offer (“this Offer”). • Flights taken in all cabin classes except R, X and Z will be eligible for this Offer.
• The awards will be given as an ongoing basis.
• To clarify, if Member takes 6 KFC return domestic flights, Member will get 2 KFC return domestic flight free.
• Flights flown and reflecting in the Member’s account on or before the end of the offer period will be eligible for the offer. To clarify retro claimed flights credited to the account post offer period will not be eligible. Flights flown prior to offer period and reflecting in Member’s account during the promotion period will not be considered.
• This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer under the Kingfisher Airlines that may run concurrently.
• Members who qualify for the offer will be sent a winning letter, which they have to submit in original at any Kingfisher Airlines City Ticketing office to redeem for the ticket.
• The free tickets will usually be sent to Member’s registered address within 4-6 weeks post the required flights getting credited in their account.*(there are separate sets of terms and conditions applicable on these Free Tickets, we request the Eligible Members to peruse them).
• The ticket will be issued in the name of the Family head only.
• Lost or stolen letters will not be replaced.
• KFA reserves the right to add amend or modify these terms and conditions at their sole discretion without giving any prior intimation/information to the Members.

• To the extent permissible by local law or regulation, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. KFA and each Member submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts to resolve any disputes that may arise out of these terms and conditions

• If there are two separate flight numbers then they are considered as two sectors.

• Free ticket travel has to be completed (Both inbound and outbound) before July 31, 2011.
• All bookings are subject to availability of seats and blackout dates apply.
• This Ticket is non-transferable.
• Cancellation and change fees will apply.
• For the free ticket all Government taxes (inclusive of Passenger Service Fee and User Development Fee) are to be borne by the guest.
