i have booked a ticket from your site EZEEGO from Delhi to Chennai on 04-DEC-18 for 9th Dec’18(INDIGO). But due to my personal reasons i cancelled the booking.
Now, its more than a week that i haven’t receive the full refund. Even i have tried to connect to your executive but your incorrect or diverted numbers did not work.
Hence, kindly refund the amount apart from the your site booking charges.
I had counter checked with Indigo customer service about my cancellation ticket last month 18 February 2019 . Indigo customer service ask me to refer to Ezeego due to the description mentioned : AIRTICKETS INDIA PRIVA NOIDA IN is from Ezeego.(in my bank statement).
