I’d like to complain about the terrible time we had through your agency.
We were six of us, all senior citizens ( except one) ranging in age from 60-81. We made a ten day customized trip to KL, Singapore and Pattaya and Bangkok from 27 March-6 April 2018. Let me tell you, from beginning g to end, our holiday was a nightmare.
1. We were not given vegetarian food on our journey to Bkk/KL despite informing the agent.
2. We were hardly given a tour of the city in KL. Just a cursory trip.
3. We were put on a bus to Singapore which took nine hours to reach. This despite the agent knowing we were senior citizens. The journey was most uncomfortable and we should have travelled by flight. We were made to take out our luggage and reload twice within twenty minutes- once when we reached the KL checkpostand again to board the bus to the Singapore checkpost. The queue at he immigration to get to Singapore was huge and we waited for over three hours.
3. On reaching Singapore, no one was there to take us to the hotel. We waited another two hours and finally took a taxi in sheer disgust. We spent a total of 30 Singapore dollars to reach.
4. In Pattaya, we were told that the visit to the coral island was unsuitable for senior citizens. So we had to spend 500 baths each ( total 3000 baths for six of us) to go to the floating market. Surely sotc should realise that as seniors this is unsuitable and arranged an excursion that would suit our age!
5. In bangkok we were put up in a horrible cheap hotel which was in the middle of a crowded market.
6. We were only taken to a temple and the gem factory in bkk although we’d already been taken to a gem factory in Pattaya.we again had to spend to see places.
Let me tell you, I travel extensively and have never had such an uncomfortable journey in my life. Sotc should pay us compensation for such a horrible holiday. It is your moral responsibility. I will never again use your agency and will warn others also not to use it.
