Day - 1 - Arrive Auckland

Welcome to New Zealand – the youngest country in the world! Upon arrival in Auckland, “The City of Sails”, seat in coach passengers will be met by our local representative and privately transferred to the hotel. Self-drive passengers will pick their rental car at the airport and proceed to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Auckland.

Day - 2 - Auckland

After breakfast, you proceed for the morning tour which includes a visit to the Victoria Park Market, Westhaven Marina and the volcanic crater of Mt Eden for spectacular views of the city and harbour (seat in coach passengers). The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Auckland.

Day - 3 - Auckland – Rotorua

Today post breakfast, you bid farewell to the ‘City of Sails’ as you travel south to reach the market garden area of Pukekohe. You then continue through Hamilton - New Zealand’s fourth-largest city and the fertile Waikato region to the ‘Thermal City’ of Rotorua. Overnight in Rotorua.

Day - 4 - Rotorua

After breakfast, proceed to visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve to see boiling mud pools and roaring geysers. Following this, you will visit Rainbow Springs (seat in coach passengers) or Paradise Valley Springs (self-drive passengers) to see New Zealand’s trout, birds and wildlife before you continue to the Agrodome for a New Zealand farm show featuring sheep dog demonstrations, cow milking and an introduction to the stars of our sheep industry. The afternoon is free at leisure. You have an option of visiting the Polynesian Pools today to relax in the healing thermal waters. This evening, enjoy an authentic Maori Hangi (feast) and concert. Overnight in Rotorua.

Day - 5 - Rotorua

After breakfast, the day is free at leisure to explore the Thermal City on your own. Overnight in Rotorua.

Day - 6 - Rotorua - Waitomo - Auckland

After breakfast, travel over the forested Mamaku Ranges to reach Waitomo. Enjoy a guided tour of the world-famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves including an underground boat ride while viewing the millions of glow worms on the cavern roof. On completion, continue through the fertile Waikato area to reach Auckland. Overnight in Auckland.

Day - 7 - Depart Auckland

After breakfast, it is time to bid farewell to New Zealand. After check out, transfer to the airport (seat in coach passengers) or return your rental car at Auckland airport (self-drive passengers).
