Day - 1 - Welcome to Greece
Today you are off on your exciting tour to the beautiful country of Greece. Your tour will start in Athens – the enchanted Greek capital; a city worshipped by gods and people – a magical city. On arrival at the Athens Airport, you will be greeted by your friendly and experienced Thomas Cook Tour Manager/local representative outside the baggage hall of the airport who will escort you to your conveniently located hotel.
Later tonight enjoy a sumptuous Indian dinner at one of our local restaurants. Overnight in Hotel Novus / Hotel President or similar in Athens.
Day - 2 - unforgettable Acropolis - A world-renowned
After a sumptuous American breakfast, get set for a tour to the “Acropolis”, also known as the Citadel of Athens. The complex of temples atop the rugged rock is not merely a collection of ruins but stands as an important testament to the rich history of Greece. Among those monuments of the Acropolis, Parthenon is the most magnificent dedicated to the goddess Athena, protector of the Ancient city of Athens.
After this, we take you to Delphi. With evocative ruins surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Delphi is surely the most beautiful site in Greece. In ancient times, it was considered to be the centre of the known world; the place where heaven and earth met. As you tour the Delphi archaeological site, you will feel the mystery surrounding the Temple of Apollo where Pythia was seated giving out her predictions of the future. See the “Castalia Spring” with the two monumental fountains receiving water from the spring for the last 3000 years.
After a walk down the past, proceed back to Athens. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore the city on your own. Later, a delicious dinner awaits you at a local Indian restaurant. Overnight in Hotel Novus / Hotel President or similar in Athens.
Day - 3 - Islands of Poros, Hydra, Aegina.
After a sumptuous buffet breakfast depart for your whole day cruise to the beautiful islands of Poros, Hydra and Aegina. Poros Town rests in a narrow strait between Poros Island and the Peloponnese, quietly nestled in the embrace of deep green pine forests and mildly scented lemon groves. Hydra is the beloved muse of painters, craftsmen and photographers. Its unique architecture, crystal clear waters, splendid craft and jewel shops, folk art and the island’s traditional means of transport – the donkey, make it one of the last examples of “living Mediterranean history”.
Aegina is known for its rich history, inspiring pistachio grove landscapes, picturesque seaside villages with taverns, traditional shops and beautiful golden beaches. After a brilliant day, return to Athens with a palette of wonderful impressions that you will cherish forever. Enjoy a sumptuous Indian dinner. Day - 4 - Turkey
After a delicious buffet breakfast at your hotel, proceed to the airport for your flight to Cappadocia, Turkey. This is a region where nature and history come together with the most beautiful scenery in the world. On arrival at the Cappadocia Airport, you will be greeted by your friendly and experienced Thomas Cook Tour Manager/local representative outside the baggage hall of the airport who will escort you to your conveniently located hotel.
Later we take you on an exciting tour to the Kaymakli, the first and the most popular underground city in Cappadocia. According to myth, these cities were built in the Byzantine period because of increased invasions which forced the local residents to stay underground for protection and religious purposes. You can also see traces of their daily lives in the stables, wineries, temples, living quarters, air shafts, etc. After exploring the deep caves, enjoy a lively visit to a winery where you have a chance to taste some local wines.
Your day ends with a visit to the majestic vista point overlooking Goreme where you will receive information about the rich history of Cappadocia and the unique rock formations. The fun-filled and informative day ends with a tantalizing buffet dinner at your hotel. Overnight at Hotel Peri Tower or similar in Cappadocia.
Day - 5 - UNESCO sites in Turkey
Enjoy a delicious American breakfast at the hotel. Get set to visit the Goreme Open-Air Museum which resembles a vast monastic complex composed of scores of refectory monasteries placed side-by-side, each with its own fantastic church. It contains the finest of the rock-cut churches, with beautiful frescoes (wall paintings) whose colours still retain all their original freshness.
After this, we take you to the Pasabagi in Zelve area where monks used to live in seclusion in rock-cut rooms. Proceed to the pottery town of Avanos where Kizilirmak (Hallys), the longest river of Turkey, meanders leaving the red clay on its banks that has been the raw material of pottery for centuries. Also, get a chance to visit the stunning Pigeon Valley and the natural citadel of Uchisar. Later in the afternoon transfer to the airport for your flight to Istanbul. On arrival at the Istanbul airport get ready for a shopping extravaganza as we take you to the Grand Covered Bazaar, one of the largest and oldest markets of Turkey.

Day - 6 - Istanbul - Topkapi Palace.
After a delicious breakfast, another day of fun awaits you as we take you for a traditional cruise on Bosphorus. Pass the strait dividing Europe and Asia as you admire the Ottoman Palaces, the fortresses, ancient wooden houses and the modern residentials. Later, disembark from your cruise and proceed for city tour of Istanbul.
See The Blue Mosque, one of the most prominent landmarks of Istanbul. An impressive sight with its beautiful domes and semidomes, nice courtyards and six slender minarets, this is a must-see for any tourist to Turkey. The square in front of the Blue Mosque covers the site of the ancient “Hippodrome”, one of the most famous areas in Byzantine.

Dear Sir,
Please suggest Greece-Turkey tour. We are in two groups. First group of 5 of us will be reach Athens on our own and come back from Istanbul on our own. Second group of two will be from Delhi to Delhi. The tour should start at Athens on 28 May and finish at Istanbul on 04 Jun.
We, a group of twelve persons wish to visit Turkey & Greece from Delhi in the month of June. We also want to attend Inauguration ceremony of World Summer Games to be held on twenty fifth of June at Athens, so one night extra stay.
Is it possible for you to accommodate us rather in three star hotel.
We will prefer to eat out trying local delicacies of our choice except may be 2 days.

I have already been in Gallipoli actually and I enjoyed the staying in the old part of Troy for this time and visiting the historical monuments there. I took a private guide to visit gallipoli and troy I can say that these places are fantastic toursingallipoli.com I visited these places by recommendation of my friend and even I am not so interested in Historical places I was very affected by these monuments. These places are must while visiting gallipoli. I thought that these places are best attractions to see in gallipoli. You can just spend 4 hours for that. Thank you so much…

Day 01 Arrive Athens
Arrive at Athens International Airport. On arrival, you will be met by our local representative and
transfered to the Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 02 Athens – City Tour
After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Athens. Depart for Panathinaiko Stadium cradle of the first
Olympic Games that took place in 1896 (short stop). Pass by the Prime’s Ministers residence, Ex Royal
Palace, (guarded by colourful Evzones), Zappion (Conference and Exhibition Hall), – National Garden,
Hadrian’s Arc, St. Pauls Church, Parliament, Tomb of the Unknown soldier, Schliemans House,
(Nomismatic Museum), Catholic Cathedral, Academy, University, National Library, Old Parliament,
Constitution Square and Russian Orthodox Church. Continue passing by Temple of Olympion Zeus, and
finally visit the Acropolis – one of the monuments in the World Heritage list and its museum and visit
Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, Parthenon and Erechtheion. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03 Athens – Mykonos Island
After breakfast check out and transfer to Port Piraeus and depart by boat to Mykonos Island at 0735 hrs.
Arrive Mykonos Island at 1250 hrs. Transfer to the hotel and check in. Rest of the day at leisure to relax
on this beautiful island. This is the most famous of Greek Islands in the Aegean Sea and one of the
world’s most popular holiday resorts. Mykonos is a grand example of unique Cycladic architecture set
around a picturesque fishing-village bay. Totally whitewashed organic cube-like buildings fit closely
together to form a kind of haphazard maze of narrow alley ways and streets. The earthen colors of the
bare hills which surround the town’s gleaming whiteness is set between the aura of an incredibly blue sky
and even deeper blue sparkling sea. Its many well preserved windmills and hundreds of tiny red-roofed
churches adds a flavor of culture and custom to the scene, enhanced even further by many museums and
the historical ancient site of nearby Delos. Put this together with all the island’s other qualities and it is no
wonder Mykonos has been often named “the jewel” of the Aegean Sea. Relax in your resort. Overnight at

Day 04 Mykonos Island
After breakfast, day at leisure to explore the place on your own or relax at your hotel. Mykonos is a
wonderful kaleidoscope of cosmopolitan shops, rocking bars, quaint windmills, homey taverns and
hidden churches all set against a brilliant blue backdrop. And it’s not just the water that sparkles in the sun
on Mykonos, but also the white marble streets and buildings that characterize the island’s architecture.
The beaches on the south shore of the island are the most popular with fine sand and water that is perfect
for swimming. Ornos and Psarou beaches are the favorite among families, but Psarou is also ideal for
water sports of all kinds, including windsurfing, water-skiing and diving. Paradise and Super Paradise
beaches attract the young and beautiful while the quiet cove at Agrari beach is the place to relax.
Take a break from the beach and explore the capital town of Chora, wander the streets of Little Venice or
check out one of the island’s monasteries to take in some history. At night it becomes clear why Mykonos
is touted as one of the most hedonistic islands around, with a wild night life fit for Dionysus. The party
starts with a toast to the sunset in Little Venice and continues through the night at the dance clubs and
bars tucked away in town or along Paradise Beach. Overnight at the resort.
Day 05 Mykonos Island – Santorini Island
After breakfast check out and transfer to the pier for your ferry to Santorini Island. Santorini in the
Aegean has one of the most spectacular landscapes in Greece. The traditional villages on the island, built
on tall cliffs, offer a breathtaking view over the submerged volcano. Do not miss the place Oia, gifted
with the most famous and stunning sunsets. Every year, thousands of tourists visit Santorini to discover
the famous submerged caldera, the volcano’s crater, which is situated today in the middle of a 32 square
miles basin of water. Around the basin, hanging on cliffs of 150m to 300m height, one can admire some
of the most beautiful traditional villages of the Cyclades. The lively colours of the white Cycladic houses
and blue painted windows contrast stunningly against the black volcanic rocks rising from sea. Rest of
the day at leisure. Overnight at the resort.
Day 06 Santorini Island
After breakfast Proceed for bus tour of Santorini. First Stop is Prehistorical museum. Where you can
admire the host items and masterpieces of art from the Cycladic islands. Next visit to the Monastery of
Profitis Ilias which is at the highest point on Santorini and spans to 1,856 feet at the summit. Then
proceed to visit Megalochori, a typical village with traditional Cycladic houses, neoclassic buildings and
small houses dug in the volcanic rock blend together in harmony.Then stop at Perissa for about 2hrs to
see the longest dark sand endless beach. Last stop will be the Wine Promotion Center where one can see
the whole wine making process. From the moment of grape pressing up to bottling. Rest of the day free at
leisure or you can take optional Sunset dinner cruise. Overnight at the resort.
Day 07 Santorini – Athens
After breakfast check out and transfer to airport for your domestic flight to Athens. Arrive at Athens and
take your connecting departure flight back home.
