Day - 1 - Paro

Arrive at Paro International Airport and you are transferred to the hotel check-in the hotel and take rest. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day - 2 - Paro Sightseeing

After breakfast visit to explore Paro, which is home of some Bhutan oldest temples and monasteries. Drive up the valley to visit Drukgyel Dzong. It was built in 1646 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal to commemorate his victory over Tibetan invaders. Later visit Ta Dzong, which was built in 1651 as a watchtower to protect Rinpung Dzong.

Since 1968 it is home to the National Museum. Then walk down a short hillside trail to visit Rinpung Dzong, the Fortress of the Heap of Jewels built-in 1646 to defend the valley against Tibetan invaders. It now houses the district administration offices and Paros monastic community, Evening free to take rest, Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day - 3 - Paro

After breakfast Take a morning hike up to Taktsang Monastery, which is famously known as the Tigers Nest. It is said that in the 8th century Guru Rinpoche flew on the back of a tigress from eastern Bhutan to this place and meditated in a cave for 3 months. Return back and take rest, evening free, Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day - 4 - Paro - Thimphu

After breakfast check-out the hotel and proceed to Thimphu after an hour drive you will reach Haa via the Chele-la pass, this place has some superb view of the mountains Chomolhari and Jichu Drake, and if the weather is favourable you will stop here to stroll around, Later after lunch visit Lhakhang Karpoand Lhakhang Nagpo further continue your driver to arrive Thimphu, after check intake rest, evening free, Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day - 5 - Thimphu Sightseeing

After breakfast visit the capital of Bhutan, Thimphu it is a lively place, an interesting combination of tradition and modernity,the tour will include The National Memorial Chorten, built as a memorial to Bhutan's third king, the Father of Modern Bhutan,and as a monument to world peace, The National Institute of Traditional Medicine where herbal medicines are made up and dispensed and traditional medicine practitioners are trained. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day - 6 - Thimphu - Punakha

After breakfast check-out the hotel and proceed to Punakha which was the capital of Bhutan until 1955. En route we will have a short coffee break at Dochula Pass, Arrive Punakha and check in hotel, after some rest, day tour to visit Punakha Dzong this beautiful fortress was completed in the 17th century, Then visit Khamsum Yulley Namgyel Chorten, these stupas were constructed recently. After that, we will drive to Wandue Phodrang Dzong and the local market. The district of Wandue Phodrang is also known for its bamboo products, stone and slate carvings, evening free, Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day - 7 - Punakha - Paro

After breakfast check-out the hotel and proceed to Paro on the way you will visit Bhutan's oldest fortress Semtokha Dozong, later arrive Paro and check in hotel, take rest, evening free, Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day - 8 - Depart Paro

After breakfast check-out, the hotel and proceed to the airport to take flight for your onward journey.
