Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is valid for Indian citizens only
2. Book a domestic air ticket on Ezeego1.com between 01st December 2010 & 15th January 2011 and get your next ticket free (base fare only). Only the base fare of the free ticket (maximum of Rs. 1000 per passenger) will be refunded by Ezeego1.com. Customers will have to bear rest of the charges (fees and surcharges).
3. Offer is valid for bookings made using your Master / Visa Credit Cards and Master / Visa Debit Cards only.
4. The value of the base fare of the free ticket (upto maximum Rs. 1000) per passenger will be refunded to your Card account within 21 working days after completion of travel of the free ticket.
5. Bookings have to be made online on our website www.ezeego1.com or by calling our 24×7 Customer Service Team at 1800209800 (All Networks) or GSM 09867565900.
6. The travel date of the main ticket should be on or before 15th January 2011.
7. This offer is valid for Adult and Child bookings only. This offer is not valid for Infant bookings.
8. The free ticket must be redeemed on ‘GoAir’ only.
9. The travel date of the free ticket must be at least 15 days ahead of the date of booking of the free ticket.
10. On Cancellation of the main/original ticket, you no longer remain eligible for the free ticket.
11. No cancellation/amendments permitted on the free ticket.
12. For each transaction/booking, a promo code will be generated per transaction.
13. The free tickets cannot be transferred. In case of multiple passengers, both the passengers need to be booked in the same PNR and transaction. E.g. If Ravi and Sunil are booked together in the original booking, then the free tickets also need to be booked for Ravi and Sunil together.
14. The free ticket must be booked within 15 days of booking the original ticket. For example, if you book original ticket on 1st December 2010, the free ticket must be booked on or before 15th December 2010.
15. The free ticket can be redeemed between 01st December 2010 & 16th January 2011 only.
16. The travel date of free ticket should be on or before 31st January 2011.
17. No free tickets can be redeemed for travel between 20th December till 2nd Jan 2011.
18. All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions.
19. Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.
20. Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the airlines, ezeego1 will charge a handling fee of Rs. 200/- per ticket per person for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same. There will be no refund on partly utilized tickets.
21. This promotion is funded from a special promotional budget created by Ezeego1.
22. Ezeego1 reserves the right to add or withdraw any airline from the offer during the promotion period.
23. Ezeego1 shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by the Airlines which is not within the control of Ezeego1.
24. All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
25. Ezeego1 reserves the right to change or withdraw the Offer, any time at the sole discretion of the Management. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.
26. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently applicable on www.ezeego1.com for the same products.
