Day 01: Guwahati – Shillong (100 KM. / 03 hrs approx)
Meet and assist by our representative at the airport & transfer to Shillong, called ‘Scotland of the East” (100 kms 3 hrs). Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Overnight stay will be at Shillong.

Day 02: Shillong – Cherrapunjee – Shillong
After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (60 kms, 1½hrs), the wettest place in the world. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. You can also explore the caves known Mawsmai. Evening return to Shillong, en-route visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Overnight stay will be at Shillong.

Day 03: Shillong Sight Seeing
After breakfast visit Don Bosco Monument, Ward’s Lake, Botanical Garden and Lady Hydri Park. Evening free for personal activities. Overnight stay will be at Shillong.

Day 04: Shilong – Guwahati Airport / Station
After breakfast check out from the hotel & transfer to Guwahati airport for onward journey.

We require at least 10 official days for processing the documents (ILP office remains closed on Saturday-Sunday).

About Vehicle:-
We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
A/c Indica / WagonR / Alto / Santro for 1-3 Pax.
A/c Sumo / Max for 4-6 pax.
Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera for 4-6 pax including child.
Extra Vehicle cost will be applicable for more than 06 Pax.
If guest are booked for luxury vehicle Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera will be provided as per availibility.

Important :-

1. Check-in 13:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
2. The tourism infrastructure in Assam, Meghalaya & Arunachal are not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
3. The guest should always keep  cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
4. As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Assam, Meghalaya & Arunachal region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers.
5. We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
6. On arrival of guests we will provide them with local contact numbers of our executive, who will handle the entire operation.
7. If any tourist spot do not complete for closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
8. Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
9. Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly (Except at Premium & Luxury Packages)
10. Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear it with candle light.
11. Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to deluxe /super deluxe rooms.

Transfers:–
Transfer from Guwahati Airport / Guwahati Railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs.
In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Guwahati at an additional cost.
If there is any early / midnight arrival at Guwahati railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their security that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.
Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours atleast.

Essentials:–
Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light woolens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses. Advice guest to bring heavy woolens if traveling to Arunachal & Meghalaya as this area is cold throughout the year.
