the ticket must be the same as that on the Photo ID card.

Only in Economy class (‘L’ for IC code flights and ‘G’ for AI code flights). Bookings for AI code
flights can be made 3 days prior to departure

a AI-Co brand Card, then this amount will not form part of total spends on the card that qualify
