Short Itinerary
Day - 01
Arrive Srinagar by air and to transfer to Pahalgam.
Day - 02
Today Leave Pahalgam and drive for Chandanwari. On arrival to Chandanwari, trek to Sheshnag. Dinner and overnight stay in tents at Sheshnag.
Day -03
Start trek from Sheshnag To Panchtarni. Further trek Panchtarni To Amarnath Cave.Later trek back towards Panchtarni.
Day -04
Trek down to Chandanwari. On arrival in Chandanwari, drive to Pahalgam.
Day -05
After Breakfast drive towards Srinagar. After lunch Visit Mugul Garden, Boat Ride on Dal Lake etc.
Day -06
After Breakfast transferred to airport to connect the flight for onwards destination .
Arrive Srinagar by air and to transfer to Pahalgam. The distance of about 96 km will be covered in about 3 – 4 hrs. On arrival at Pahalgam transfer to hotel for the overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day - 2 - Sheshnag
Leave Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) drive for Chandanwari. Pahalgam is the best base for most of the treks. Chandanwari (2896 Mts) is a small shut off vale, at the junction of Sheshnag stream and the stream for Astanmarg. On arrival to Chandanwari, trek to Sheshnag which is about 13 km (3576 Mts). The trail climbs the Pissu Ghati and then climbs gradually to the Sheshnag Lake. Sheshnag is one of the windiest places in this valley. Dinner and overnight stay in tents at Sheshnag.
Day - 3 - Panchtarni
Start trek from Sheshnag To Panchtarni (3657 Mts). The walk is through Mahagunas Pass (3200 Mts), and then a gradual walk to Panchtarni. Further trek Panchtarni To Amarnath Cave. Amarnath is only 6 km away from Panchtarni. Have a dip in the ice-cold water of Amarnath Stream, which flows, outside the cave. Inside the cave, there is the scenery of calm tranquillity of white and glistering three massive Lingmas stand erect symbol of Lord Shiva, Parvathi and Ganesh. Later trek back towards Panchtarni. Dinner and overnight stay in Panchtarni.
Day - 4 - Pahalgam
Many pilgrims return from Panchtarni To Chandanwadi in one day. Trek down to Chandanwari. On arrival in Chandanwari, drive to Pahalgam. Transfer to Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.
Day - 5 - Srinagar
After Breakfast drive towards Srinagar. On arrival check In at Deluxe Houseboat. After lunch, In a second half-day, you will visit Mugul Garden “Nishat” (The Garden of Pleasure) and “Shalimar” (Abode of All). Drive along the Lakeside on Boulevard on return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted speciality Silken carpets, shawls, jewellery ornaments. Later evening enjoys 02 Hours Boat Ride on Dal Lake by a gondola Boat called ”Shikara” experience why Srinagar is called Heaven on earth. Feel the rhythm of steady life of Srinagar floating on and around Dal lake. While returning a visit to the local crafts market and see the finely carved hand made articles from Paper Machine and wood of a walnut. Overnight at the Deluxe Houseboat.
Day - 6 - Srinagar
Next Morning with divine and beautiful memories you will be transferred to the airport to connect the flight for onwards destination.
