• This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation in this offer is voluntary.
• This offer is applicable to existing and new HSBC Credit and Debit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the “Cardholders”).
• During the period 4 March 2015 to 14 March 2015 (both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”), Cardholders on using their valid HSBC Debit and Credit Cards (“Cards”) at www.goibibo.com will be entitled to the following discounts (“Offer”):
  • Flights
    i. Flat INR 600 off on the booking value for Domestic flight booking of INR 3,500 and above (Coupon Code : GODFHSBC)
    ii. Flat 10% off (upto INR 8,000) on the base fare of International flight bookings (Coupon Code : GOIFHSBC)
  • Hotels

• To avail of the offer, the Cardholder must apply the Coupon code to the booking on www.goibibo.com, and then make the payment using a valid HSBC Credit/Debit Card.
• Each cardholder can avail of the offer upto a maximum of 3 times across flights, hotels and bus bookings during the offer period. However, all bookings are subject to availability.
• HSBC Debit Cards and Credit Cards held by the same customer will be eligible for the Offer separately on each Card, during the Offer Period.(i.e. 3 times each on HSBC Debit and Credit card )
• Whilst the offer is valid per booking for bookings made during the Offer Period, the travel dates are open.
• Offer is valid for transactions made online or through mobile (android, ios, mobile app) only
• Offer is valid on adult and child bookings only and not valid for infant (less than 2 years) bookings. Offer is not valid for travel agents and for such transactions the offer will be revoked as decided by Goibibo and HSBC.
• Prior to using the www.goibibo.com website, the Cardholder should read and understand the user agreement of the said website and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy on the website, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer on www.goibibo.com.
• The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of Goibibo.com and the Cardholders are required to refer, read, understand, accept and agree to be bound by them prior to availing the Offer.
• HSBC and Goibibo.com reserve the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and Goibibo.com and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
• HSBC and Goibibo.com reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice. The Offer may/may not be extended as mutually agreed by HSBC and Goibibo.com.

• HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC.
• By participating in this Offer, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality
