This Old Portuguese house at 2111, Baga Road was built by Aleixo Minguel Pinto in the year 1891, with the last resident being his Grandson Alexander M Pinto. It is with sentiment, that Casa Aleixo in its new avatar & modern fixtures ,is named after them.

Casa Aleixo Resort Goa is a beautiful large villa, with beautifully landscaped garden in front of the Villa and a decent sized pool behind the Villa surrounded by a landscaped garden. You have Sun Deck beds, around the pool for you to relax and enjoy the sun. Casa Aleixo Resort Goa has a total of 8 beautiful rooms, of which the 2 rooms on the top most floor of the Villa are Non Air Conditioned and have a tiled roof supported by wooden columns.

Accommodation
Six Air-Conditioned as well as two Non-Air-conditioned Rooms are available, which are fully equipped, spacious and well appointed, each with its own toilet and hot/cold shower.  A large Living Room is accessible to the Air-Conditioned rooms, with Romeo & Juliet Balconies that overlook the garden.

The rooms are set within a spacious and well designed newly-minted residence on the property which has been in the family for more than a hundred years.

The premises have ample green cover, luxurious and spacious interiors with particularly large rooms, equipped with all amenities such as hot and cold water, ensuite bathrooms, cable and television, refrigerators and hot kettles.
Casa Aleixo offers bed & breakfast with its 8 spacious, comfortable & impeccably maintained rooms (6-air conditioned and 2-non air-conditioned) with ensuite toilet & bath, 24 hours hot & cold showers.

Terms :

• Check-out at 12 .00 noon
• Extra bed in the room- Rs.1000/- per night. (The management regrets that due to the nature of the architecture , children below 8yrs are discouraged ).
• Breakfast is not included and available at extra charge.
• The above rates are on a per night basis for double/single occupancy.
• Airport transfer is available with prior notice and would be charged extra.
• Bookings for the Peak Season (3rd Dec ’10 to 3rd Jan ’11 i.e Christmas & New Year), would be accepted for a minimum of 7 days.
• Tariffs are subject to change without notice.
• Reservations will be processed only after receiving advance payment which is non-refundable in case of ‘no-shows’ or cancellations. However the management would do it’s best to make alternative dates available at the earliest during the same tariff period.
• Communications regarding bookings should be made preferably by e-mail or fax
• Tariff for the period 1st June ’11 onwards may be requested separately.
