Garden View Pavilion Room
Rates starting from INR 114000 on Single occupancy
Rates starting from INR 178500 on Double occupancy

The above rate is applicable for a minimum stay of 09 nights.

# All the above package rates are applicable for the respective duration mentioned and includes the following and all inclusive of taxes. Accommodation in Garden View Pavilion Room for 9 nights / 10 Days.
# Inclusive of Two Way Trivandrum Airport Transfers.
# Complimentary drop & pick up from Dental Clinic on all treatment days. Consultation with Doctors.
# Medicines required during the treatment according to dental surgeon’s prescription.
# Buffet Breakfast at The Terrace.
# All rooms have Tea/Coffee maker with replenishment daily.
# Dental Treatment as specified – treatment for one person for Single Occupancy and treatment for each person for Double Occupancy.
# For double occupancy if the treatment for the second person is not required, a custom made package can be given on enquiry.
# The above rates are offered for Garden View Pavilion Room category and similar options available for higher rooms on request.

Term & Conditions:

* Dental implants package mentioned above is in phase
o Phase 1: First phase will be at an additional cost, which will be explained in detail on enquiry.
o Phase 2: Second phase of this package has to be undertaken 6 to 18 months after first phase.
* Medicines & Consultation required post the above treatments will be available on request or at additional charges depending on constitution of the same. This has to be handled with the clinic directly and the hotel will not be involved.
* As Dental treatment is strictly personalized, the exact treatment and medicines can be fixed after detailed consultation with the doctor. This may affect the package cost and patient recommended to follow appointment and instructions as directed by dental surgeon for optimum results. The hotel is in no way responsible for the outcome of the Dental Treatment and this is just a recommended clinic based on positive feedback received earlier from our hotel guests. The hotel has no legal binding on the same.
* All guests will require prior appointments for sessions.
* Payments made in advance for Dental Package are refundable only at the discretion of the Hotel Authorities.
* We do have all dental specialties inclusive of full mouth rehabilitation and can give you a custom made package on enquiry.
* Offer not applicable for meetings and conferences, only Individual Travelers.
* All packages will be reserved on receipt of 50% advance and full settlement has to be done before check out.
* Taxes: The Hotel reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of alterations by government.
* More than two persons in a room not allowed including children above 5 years.
* Check in 1400 Hrs. Check out 1200 Hrs.

Cancellation / Amendment:

Cancellation / No show charges: Cancellations before 30 days of guest’s scheduled arrival will not attract retention charges. For Cancellations between 7 to 30 days of guest’s scheduled arrival at the hotel, 50% of the advance will be forfeited. And in the event of cancellation within 6 days or no show, the entire deposit will be forfeited automatically. All communications should be made in writing in this regard.
