Day - 1 - Arrive Ahmedabad

Welcome to Ahmedabad, the largest city in Gujarat. On arrival at Ahmedabad airport / Ahmedabad railway station, begin your tour, 'Divine trail of Gujarat with Beaches'. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. Later, proceed on a half-day city tour of Ahmedabad visiting Gandhi Ashram, Calico Museum, Utensils Museum, the Jami Mosque and finally Akshardham which is dedicated to Lord Swaminarayan. The temple is built with 6000 tonnes of pink sandstone and has beautiful carvings. The rest of the evening is at leisure for independent activities. Overnight in Ahmedabad.

Day - 2 - Bhavnagar via Lothal

This morning, drive to Bhavnagar via Lothal visiting the Lothal Harappan archaeological site. Lothal is one of the most prominent cities of the ancient Indus valley civilization. Lothal's dock-the world's earliest known, connected the city to an ancient course of the Sabarmati river on the trade route between Harappan cities in Sindh and the peninsula of Saurashtra when the surrounding Kutch desert of today was a part of the Arabian Sea. It was a vital and thriving trade centre in ancient times, with its trade of beads, gems and valuable ornaments reaching the far corners of West Asia and Africa. On arrival in Bhavnagar, check into your hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure for acclimatization. Overnight in Bhavnagar.

Day - 3 - Bhavnagar - Excursion to Palitana

This morning, visit the Palitana temples located atop Shatrunjaya and crowned with over 900 temples.'SHATRUNJAYA' literally means the place of victory and is Jain's most sacred pilgrimage site. The rest of the day is at leisure. You can explore local markets or savour some street food. Overnight in Bhavnagar.

Day - 4 - Bhavnagar

This morning, visit the Gopnath Mahadev Temple and Beach. Located on the shore of the seaside on the Gulf of Khambat, this Shiva temple is where the devotional poet Narsinh Mehta supposedly had his spiritual experience almost 500 years ago. The coast in this area is full of tiny islands and offers a picturesque delight to the onlooker. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Bhavnagar.

Day - 5 - Diu

Today your journey takes you to One of India's undiscovered gems where the sand, sea and sky meet in harmony - Diu. On arrival check into your hotel. Later visit Gangeshwar Temple where the gentle sea waves offer their obeisance to the "Shiva Lingas" in stone. Later proceed to, The old St. Thomas Church which has been converted into a museum and houses antique statues, various stone inscriptions of the earlier rules, wooden carvings, idols, shadow-clocks and other important artefacts. The evening is at leisure to enjoy the in-house facilities of the hotel. Overnight in Diu.

Day - 6 - Diu

In the morning visit Somnath Temple., a famous temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is one of the twelve jyotirlingas in India. The most interesting fact about the Somnath temple is that it has been built and destroyed six times. The present structure was rebuilt the seventh time. Return hotel by afternoon. Then proceeds to Ghoghla Beach which is among the six beautiful beaches in Diu district. The evening is at leisure. Overnight in Diu.

Day - 7 - Veraval

Today bid farewell to 'Devine Trail of Gujarat with Beaches' tour, as you are transferred to Veraval railway station for your onward journey.
