Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
2. This offer is valid for International Return Air Tickets booked between 02nd August 2011 & 31st August 2011, through Ezeego One Travel & Tours Ltd.
3. Offer is valid for bookings made using your Master / Visa Credit and Debit Cards only. Payments made through Net Banking / Oxicash / Paymate options are not eligible under the offer.
4. Bookings have to be made online on our website www.ezeego1.com or by calling our 24×7 Customer Service Team on 1800 209 0800 (Toll Free) or 098675 65900 (GSM)
5. Bills up to Rs. 2000 per passenger, per return ticket will be reimbursed.
6. Only bills on at least one passenger’s name from Duty Free Shops dated up till 31st December 2011 and for the sectors booked will be accepted for reimbursement.
7. For bills in other currencies, the amount will be refunded as per our prevailing exchange rates.
8. Kindly e-mail the scanned copies of the bills to airoffers@ezeego1.com on or before 15th January 2012.
9. The eligible amount will be credited back to your card account within 10 working days.
10. To avail the offer, kindly enter and validate “PY589X2T” in the Promo code section on the payment page. Note – validation of promo code does not guarantee reimbursement, terms and conditions have to be met.
11. Valid for travel on or before 31st December 2011 only.
12. Offer valid only for tickets booked on flights originating Ex – India. Tickets booked on codeshare flights(4 digit flight nos) are not eligible under the offer.
13. The offer is valid for Adult and Child bookings only. This offer is not valid for Infant bookings.
14. All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions
15. Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.
16. Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the airlines, ezeego1 will charge a handling fee of Rs. 500/- per ticket per person for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same. There will be no refund on partly utilized tickets.
