• This offer is valid for Indian nationals only. This offer is valid only for Cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank in India.
• This offer is valid only for bookings made on www.ezeego1.com/standardcharteredbank or www.ezeego1.com using a Standard Chartered Bank Credit or Debit card. This is valid on all Standard Chartered Bank cards (issued by Visa or MasterCard) and includes Manhattan Cards also.
• Validity of the Offer :
• For  Domestic and International Hotels, this offer is valid only for bookings made between 9th April 2009 to 18th April 2009. Travel should be completed by 30th September 2009.
• The offer is valid on the following products/services as per the terms given hereunder
• Domestic Hotels – Cash Back on Domestic Hotels on Base Price excluding all Taxes.
• International Hotels  – Cash Back on International Hotels on Total Price.
• The discount amount as applicable will be credited to your card account within 21 days from the date of completion of your hotel stay and will accordingly reflect in your card statement.

• Cancellation charges will be applicable as given below :
• On Domestic Hotels :-
  • • Apart from the cancellation/amendment charges levied by the hotel (as per hotel policy) , ezeego1 will charge a handling fee of Rs. 300/- per booking for all cancellations. Any cancellations during peak period may attract upto 100% retention.
• On International Hotels :-
  • • Cancellation/ Amendment charges will be applicable as per the respective product cancellation / amendment policy. Any cancellations during peak period may attract upto 100% retention.
  • • Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the respective products, ezeego1 will charge a handling fee of Rs. 500/- per booking for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same.
• All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the ezeego1 Website would apply.  In case of cancellation/ amendment, if the Cash Back for the booking has already been made the same will be reversed after which refunds if any will be processed.
• All bookings would be subject to availability at the time of booking. In case of non availability of hotels, in case of alternates offered, the difference in cost would be payable.
• In case of event periods and trade fair periods, there could be surcharges applicable on the hotels. In case the surcharge is not already included in the cost, the same will be advised at the time of confirmation. If the change in price is not acceptable to the customer, we will refund the entire booking amount without any cancellation charges.
• In case of non availability of hotels, the booking status will be on request basis. In case the same hotel is not available , alternate hotels will be provided. Any difference in cost as a result will be additionally payable. If the change in price is not acceptable to the customer, we will refund the entire booking amount without any cancellation charges.
• The hotel rates are valid till further notice and are based on first come first serve basis. The hotel prices are subject to change without prior notice. This could include change of airline also.

• The discount is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed.
