The climate in Manas is a semi tropical type of climate with extensive rainfall during the monsoon season, hot and humid summer months and mild temperatures in Winters.
The summer season is hot and conditions can be extreme during the peak summer period as the temperatures range from a low of around 25 degrees Celsius and can climb up to a maximum of around 37 degrees Celsius during the summer season with the hottest period of the year in the months of May and June.
The rainfall comes from the South West Monsoon and conditions are wet for most of the monsoon season. It might be difficult to visit the place during this time due to the perennial rainfall. The months of October and November are a good time to visit the park.
