Day - 1 - Jodhpur
Arrive
Jodhpur, you will be met and transferred to the desert town of Jaisalmer (295 kms/5-6 hrs). Evening is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 2 - Jaisalmer
After breakfast, visit the
Jaisalmer Fort, the only Fort in India which has a population of a thousand people living within its walls. Later visit the countless Havelis spread across Jaisalmer which are reputed as the city’s real showpieces. Later this evening you will visit the Sand Dunes to witness a spectacular sunset over the sand dunes. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 3 - Jodhpur
After breakfast, you will drive to Jodhpur (332 kms/7 hrs), en-route visit Fort Pokhran. Late evening arrives Jodhpur, check-into your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 4 - Jodhpur
After breakfast, visit the Majestic Mehrangarh Fort, sprawled across a 125-meter high hill and is the most impressive and formidable fort in the fort-studded Rajasthan. Continue to Jaswant Thada a cluster of royal cenotaphs built-in 1899. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 5 - Udaipur
After breakfast, drive to
Udaipur(259 kms/6 hrs), the capital of former Princely state of Mewar. Enroute stop to visit the world-famous exquisitely carved Ranakpur Jain Temples, known for the 1444 pillar hall. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city of Lakes Udaipur on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day - 6 - Udaipur
After breakfast, visit the City Palace, the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. Later proceed to Jagdish temple and the Museum, lastly visit the Sahelion Ki Bari or “Garden of the Maids of Honour”. In the evening enjoy a boat ride on the picturesque Lake Pichola. Overnight at the hotel.
