3. The customer is bound by the terms and conditions of the Reliance Mobile World SIM Customer Service Agreement, as amended from time to time, which the customer has agreed to upon registering for the Reliance Mobile World SIM Service (the “Reliance Mobile World SIM CSA”).
4. The beneficiary hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for personal information submitted to Reliance Webstores Limited (“RWSL”) to be used for this specific Offer.
5. The benefit shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities in connection with the benefit(s) and on production of all such documents/ papers as required by RWSL before accepting the benefit. The beneficiary agrees to release and hold harmless RWSL / Sponsor, administrators and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/Offer agencies and, and each of their parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in Offer or receipt or misuse of any benefit.
