Term & Conditions:

• Parents are advised to accompany their children due to the design and layout of the Palace.
• One child over 8 but less than 12 years can stay in the parent’s room.
• A maximum of one child’s bed is provided in our limited number of rooms under Heritage Room categories which will be provided at no additional charge subject to availability.
• For two children between 8 and 12 years an additional room is necessary. The rate of this room will be 50% of the parent’s applicable room rate subject to availability. Not applicable during peak period.
• If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent’s applicable room rate. An extra bed shall not be provided for 12 years and above.
• Maximum occupancy per room is two adults.
• Offer not applicable for meetings and conferences for more than 8 rooms and above.
• As per the directive given by the government of Tourism any one valid photo identification documents from Passport, Voters ID card, Current Driver’s License, PAN card or Credit card should be produced as identification upon check-in by all Indian Nationals.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Discounts.

Cancellation / Amendment:

Cancellation of reservation within 7 Days of arrival date or no shows will attract one night’s rate as retention.
