Terms and conditions

• A hotel with a “Best Price Guaranteed” tag simply means that Travelguru Guarantees you’re getting the best price. If you find a cheaper rate for the hotel on any other travel portal or with the hotel, you will be eligible to claim a refund.
• The qualifying better price must be informed to us within 24 hours of your booking with Travelguru. The same must also be available to verify at the time of the claim. We will compensate you with the difference in amounts and issue a voucher of Rs. 2000/- for your next booking with Travelguru. The minimum difference in rates should be Rs.200 or more on a per night basis to qualify for the claim. If the hotel is on a cash back offer, the price difference will be calculated taking into consideration the cash back amount.
• The difference will be credited to your credit card within 7 working days. If you have made cash payment, a cheque will be couriered to the address you mentioned at the time of booking.
• The comparison must be an ‘apples to apples’ comparison i.e. the same hotel in the same city, same dates of booking, same room category and same inclusions in the rate.
• The “Best Price Guaranteed” applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public. This does not apply to membership programs, corporate discounts or rates, groups, charters, rewards program etc.
• All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by Travelguru. The quotation / screen grab must be sent to service@travelguru.com within 24 hours of making the booking with Travelguru.
• Travelguru’s decision on all claims will be final and binding.
