At the far end of the same property is the Bal Samand Lake, overlooking the WelcomHeritage Bala Samand Lake Palace, the erstwhile summer retreat of the Jodhpur Maharajas. WelcomHeritage Garden Retreat earlier served as the accommodation for the royal retinue.
