Payments Terms:

• Any confirmation is subject to a non refundable advance deposit of INR 1,000.00 Per Person and has to be paid immediately after we process the booking.
• All Cheques and DD’s should reach us 07 days prior to the date of travel. Please send us the Deposit Slip / Copy of DD/Cheque by Mail/Fax, failure in doing the same we will considered as cancellation and in such cases the booking will be released and the advance deposit (B2) will be retained as processing fee.

Amendment:

• Time Limit : Any amendment in is subject to availability of related hotels / services and can only be made before the reconfirmation (07 days prior to the date of arrival), any change after that will be treated as cancellation and charges will be applicable as per our cancellation policy.
• Amendment Charge : Only the fast amendment will be processed without any additional of cost, any further amendment will draw a service charge of INR 250 per Person per amendment.

• Amendment in Date : Travel date can be rescheduled maximum up to 90 days from the initial date of arrival and rates or price confirmed is subject to change as its based on the prevailing rates and might increase due to currency fluctuation increase in the cost of fuel charges, change in any related tax structure, sudden change in hotels tariff or increase in transport cost. Any amendment beyond 90 days will be considered as cancelled and the advance deposit will be retained as per our policy.
• Amendment in Pax : In case of reduction in the number of passengers, the cost will be increased as per our tariff and the supplement for the same has to be added along with the final payment. In such cases, please note that the advance deposit for the passengers not traveling can not be adjusted or redeemed.

Cancellation: All cancellation has to be sent to us only by Email/Fax and charges will be applicable as pet the following:

Before reconfirmation (7 Days Prior to the date of Arrival) : Initial Deposit @ 1000 Per Pax.

• After reconfirmation : 30% of the total service cost.
• More than 05 Days prior to the Date of arrival : 50% of the of the total service cost.
• More than 03 Days prior to the Date of arrival : 75% of the of the total service cost.
• More than 24Hrs prior to the time of arrival : 90% of the total service cost.
• Less than 24Hrs prior to the time of arrival including No Show : 100% of the Total service Cost.

We do not offer cheap price as we believe that quality comes with a price tag, however some time you might find that some agents/vendors are offering similar packages with a lower price and in such cases please note that there are number of ways to reduce the cost of a package by overlooking the quality and consistency of the product.

The different hotels are combined in such a way wherein it enables the customer to get the same standard of services, facilities and hospitality in each of the destinations he is traveling. On the above packages we will be providing the best available Super Deluxe / Deluxe rooms in all the respective hotels (Please refer to the room type in the packages). Please note that the tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling Hills region is not very advanced and the client should not expect the Facilities / Amenities / Luxuries normally available in the metro cities or any other developed tourist destination such as Kerala, Rajasthan or Himachal. Especially in the North Sikkim and Dooars, where the hotels can only provide very basic amenities – clean rooms with attached bathrooms and simple but fresh and hygienic food. The check In/Out time is 12PM noon in all the hotels of Sikkim & Darjeeling Hills.

We provide “Exclusive Tourist Vehicles” customized and maintained keeping in mind the basic necessities and comfort of the travelers

• Non-A/C Maruti Van for 2-3 Persons
• Non-A/C Tata Sumo – for 04 Adults and above. (A combination of Maruti Van and Tata Sumo will be provided for 9 Pax and above)
• Non-A/C Hard Top Jeeps where the above vehicles are not convenient or available (For Tshongulake, Pelling & North Sikkim)
• Only Maruti Vans provided for Gangtok City Tour

Note: It’s not possible to provide a single vehicle for the entire trip in Darjeeling, Gangtok & Pemayangtse due to some unwritten rules by the locals, therefore all the above transfers and sightseeing will be on point to point basis and in most of the cases we will keep replacing the vehicle with a similar one. Inconvenience regretted
Traffic Rules are very strict and complicated at most of the places in Darjeeling Hills and Sikkim, for example bigger vehicles like Sumo / Tavera / Innova / Jeeps are not allowed inside Gangtok City between 8am to 6pm between Deorali and Balwakhani Jeep Stands. All the inter transfer from the Stand to respective hotel or VV has to be done by local Taxi (Maruti Vans)during the above duration

High-end Vehicles: High-end Vehicles such as Innova / Tavera can be provided for transfers or sightseeing in very limited no of places which is subject to availability and supplement cost apply

Upon arrival at Airport / Railway Station, all guests are greeted and welcomed by our trained, equipped and professional representative who gives a briefing about the tour and regularly stay-in-touch with the guest until the tour ends. We also have our local representative at most of the destinations for regular meet and assist during the tour. This way the client never has the feeling of being left alone in an unknown destination

NOTE: Please look for our representative holding placard in your  name. In Bagdogra Airport our representative will be standing outside the Exit Gate. There are 02 exit gates in NJP Railway station and you are  requested to come to the Old/Main Exit Gate near the Ticket Counters to meet our representative

Transfer from NJP/ Bagdogra are provided from 0600Hrs to 1600Hrs, so please ensure that the Air/Rail Tickets are booked and correspond to the above timings as any of the above destinations from/to NJP / Bagdora is around 2.5 to 5Hrs drive in the hilly road and the condition of which is not safe to drive without the sufficient day light, therefore we do not operate or recommend any airport or railway station transfers between 1600Hrs to 0600Hrs. However in unavoidable circumstances it is recommended that you spend one night at Siliguri and the cost supplement for the same can be sent to you on request

Please carefully note the opening and closing days of each of the sightseeing points given in the itinerary. Most of the 7 sightseeing points in Darjeeling are closed on Thursday s, Forests are also closed on Thursdays, In Gangtok, Institute of Tibetology Institute of Handicrafts and handlooms are closed on Sundays. Nathula Pass is open only on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sundays and subject to the availability of permits

Note: Very Important

• Any Indian national visiting Sikkim must carry 02 Passport Sized Photographs along with a Photo ID Proof (Voter ID / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License) in order to obtain Thsongu Lake permit and other requirement while traveling in Sikkim
• Non Indian Passport holders are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir and required to obtain inner line permit to enter Sikkim
