* This promotional offer of flat 10% cash back up to a maximum of Rs.200 per transaction on booking of domestic air ticket on Kingfisher Airlines and flat 20% cash back up to a maximum of Rs.500 per transaction on hotel bookings made on Yatra.com is available for all Retail Internet banking account holders of ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) using the internet banking facility provided by ICICI Bank through its website www.icicibank.com or www.b2.icicibank.com.

* “Customer” shall mean a savings accountholder of ICICI Bank, availing banking services of ICICI Bank through the website i.e www.icicibank.com or www.b2.icicibank.com, who transacts on www.Yatra.com (“Website”) during the term of Promotion Period and makes the payment through the account held with ICICI Bank, subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified.

The cash back on domestic Kingfisher air ticket or Domestic hotel booking is valid on the base fare/tariff (exclusive of all statutory taxes) as specified on the Website for ICICI Bank account holders, during the Promotion Period.

* “Promotion Period for Domestic Kingfisher Airline” shall mean period commencing from Feb17, 2009 up to March 31, 2009.

* “Promotion Period for Domestic Hotel booking” shall mean period commencing from Feb21, 2009 up to March 31, 2009.

* “User Agreement” shall mean the Yatra user agreement as defined on www.Yatra.com (“Yatra Website”).

* The discount amount /percentage is non transferable and non negotiable.

* The Promotion is applicable only for Resident Indian customers.

* The Promotion shall be valid for purchases for which full payment has been made to Yatra and has not been disputed or reversed later by the Customer.

* Cash back will not be valid on cancelled air ticket/hotel bookings or for charge back transactions. Yatra Online reserves the right to reverse the cash back in case the Air ticket/hotel booking is found to be cancelled later.

* The cash back amount shall be endeavored to be reversed from Yatra’s end usually within 15 days of the transaction. Please do contact Yatra in the unlikely event of the cash back not being refunded.

* Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies will be charged to the Customer as mentioned in the listings on www.Yatra.com.
