Short Itinerary
Day - 01
Arrival at Leh airport and transfer to Hotel.
Day - 02
Today visit Shey, thiksey and hemis monasteries.
Day -03
Today full day excursion to Khardongla pass
Day -04
Leave early in the morning at 5 AM to Pangong Lake through Changla pass. In the late afternoon, drive back to Leh.
Day -05
Today airport to connect to onward destination flight
On arrival at Leh airport, you will meet by our representative and transfer you to Hotel. Lunch at Hotel. Complete day for rest to go acclimatize with the high altitude in Leh(Ladakh) which is 3500Mtrs above sea level. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02: Full day tour to Leh Monasteries
After an early morning breakfast drive for Shey, Thiksey and Hemis monasteries. Packed Lunch during Sightseeing. On return overnight at Hotel.
After an early breakfast, you will leave for Khardungla Pass-the highest motorable road in the world.while there, it is advised to stay calm and enjoy the nature’s beauty of snow-capped mountains. We return to the hotel by evening.
Day 4: Leh-Pangong Lake-Leh 290 Kms
Leave early in the morning at 5 AM to Pangong Lake through Changla pass, 5486 Mtrs. above sea level. While ascending Changla pass, enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the villages below the pass. After crossing the pass, halt for picnic lunch at Tsoltak, the summer pastureland of the Yaks. On arrival to Durbuk and from there, a short drive takes you to the western shore of the Lake. Enjoy the landscape in the backdrop of the Lake. This famous blue brackish Lake of Pangong is 5/6 Kms wide and over 144 Kms long with half of it flowing on the other side of the “Indo China Border”. One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable. In the late afternoon, drive back to Leh. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 5: Leh – Delhi
It is time to say goodbye to barren mountains which definitely will leave mark on heart and soul.
