• In Case of Overnight in Panchatrni  there will be No Refund.
• All the above hotels are Subject to Availability at the time of making the booking
• Above Package rates are subject to change in case of any increase in the Hotel, fuel Charges or government taxes.
• Any other Services not mentioned in the Inclusions are not a Part of the Package.
• Accommodation & Heli fares are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

• Cancellation & other policies as per the Hotel & Helicopter’s policy.
• The above rates are net & non commissionable to travel agents.
• Due to bad weather Helicopter flight is cancelled, next day’s accommodation has to be taken care by the guest directly.
• Transportation Supplement cost would be charged Rs.3,000 extra per day.
• The schedule flight is cancelled due to bad weather or technical reason, advance booked passenger would get the priority next day.
• Laundry, Porter, Pony, tips, camera fee, entrance charges, travel insurance, personal expenses of the clients or any other expenses incurred due to bad weather, road closure, landslides etc.
• In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate hotels option of similar category will be arranged
• 3.09 % GST extra.
