PHASE 1
Ticket Sales – Phase 1 will commence on 4 June 2010. During this phase, customers can opt to buy space for different sessions. Space in simple terms means that customer will be reserving the seats. Actual tickets for the spaces will be distributed during Phase 2. During Phase 1, customers can book spaces through the following channels:

Delivery options:
Website – Customers booking space through the website have two options:
1. Courier Delivery – As soon as Phase 2 is launched i.e., from 1 August 2010, the Tickets will be delivered to the address provided at the time of booking.
2. Self Pickup- As soon as Phase 2 is launched i.e., from 1 August 2010, the customers can approach the designated pickup outlets (the list of which will be published on the website) and collect their Tickets on showing the confirmation slip with a copy of their credit card.
PHASE 2
Ticket Sales – Phase 2 will commence on 1 August 2010. During this phase, you can buy the actual Tickets for different sessions from selected retail outlets.
There will be five Phase 1 retail outlets in the beginning and the number will be ramped up going forward. There will be at least 50 retail outlets in Delhi and the NCR and five in each of the following metros:
1. Kolkata
2. Chennai
3. Mumbai
4. Bengaluru
5. Chandigarh
6. Pune
7. Hyderabad
Travel free with the Game Tickets.
A free travel system has been approved by the Delhi Government in consultation with Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) where ticket holders can avail of free transportation on DTC Buses and Delhi Metro to witness the events on their valid tickets.
