2. Customers are required to make their train bookings by using any payment option available on yatra.com train section.

3. Benefits under the program will be provided by Snow Valley Resort. Snow valley resort  will provide 2 Nights 3 days stay for two persons at Snow Valley Resorts at Manali or Dalhousie. All other services/consumption will be payable by the winner except room tariff.

4. This promotion is valid for bookings done on Yatra.com between 01st March to 31st July.

6. These Lucky winners will be offered Free Holiday packages by Snow Valley Resort in Manali or Dalhousie as per the availability.

9. Winner shall be provided with a voucher/ code and he would require contacting directly Snow valley resort (hotel) for his Prior Reservations at the hotel.

10. The Free package would include the Hotel stay in Manali or Dalhousie. The choice of the destination would be at Yatra and participating hotel partner discretion, without any guarantees or representations being made on the class or category. All local transportation costs i.e. within Manali or Dalhousie and Interstate transportation cost i.e. travel cost from origin point to Manali or Dalhousie, would be borne by the winners. Yatra and hotel will provide the assistance on best effort basis and also can provide the additional services which are not part of the package on chargeable basis. Govt. taxes, surcharges, service taxes, windfall tax and any other similar levy will be charged as per actual from the customer, without any Discount/Cash Back offered on them.

11. The prize is not transferable by the winners, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Yatra reserves the right to transfer the prize to someone else in case of a dispute with the winner or if the winner does not produce proper travel documents within a specified date indicated by Yatra.

12. Bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Hotel Terms & Conditions.

13. This program is not valid for Travel Agents. Yatra Online reserves the right to withdraw the prize if such a case is brought or comes to its notice.
