Day - 1 - Arrive Chandigarh On to Shimla (110 km / approx. 4 hour drive)
Welcome to your 'Himachal Delight with Airfare Ex - Mumbai' tour! On arrival Chandigarh airport our representative will assist you in boarding the coach/vehicle to Shimla. (Seat in Coach/vehicle).Please note, you must gather latest by 11.45 am as the coach departs at 12.15 pm sharp. Enroute you can see the stunning Rock garden and visit the serene Sukhna Lake. Later, continue on your drive to Shimla / Shilon Bagh. Shimla is a beautiful hill town in the lap of nature, surrounded by pine and deodar forests. On arrival, check into the hotel. Rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight stay in Shimla / Shilon Bagh.
Day - 2 - Shimla tour - Excursion to Kufri
This morning proceed for a wonderful excursion to Kufri. Located at a distance of 15 km from Shimla, Kufri is well known for its ski slopes and stunning views. Enjoy a walk through thick cedar woods to Mahasu Peak for an amazing view of the mighty Himalayas. You could take an enjoyable pony or yak ride around the park on your own. In the evening visit the Mall Road, Scandal Point and Christ Church on your own. Overnight in Shimla/ Shilon Bagh.
Day - 3 - On to Manali (280 km / approx. 8 hour drive)
This morning you will proceed on a breathtaking drive to Manali, nestled on the banks of the River Beas amidst Kullu Valley. Lunch will be served enroute in a local restaurant / Dhaba at Sundernagar / Mandi. En-route pass by ACC cement factory, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, Sutlej River, Beas River and Kullu Shawl Factory where Kullu shawls and Kashmir's salwar-kameez materials, one of the popular items of this area, are sold. On arrival into Manali, check into your hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure to
explore Manali on your own. Overnight in Manali.
Day - 4 - Manali
Today proceed on a first half-day tour of riverside camp, where you can do an activity river crossing, Raffling, Verma Bridge and Flying Fox. Lunch will be provided in the camp. Visit the Tibetan Monastery which houses several images of Lord Buddha, Tankha paintings and the Hadimba Devi Temple dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, the wife of Bhim of Mahabharata. It has a four - tiered Pagoda shaped roof and the doorway is carved with legendary figures and symbols. Later drive to Vashist, a small village located on the left bank of river Beas renowned for its hot springs and temples. Nearby is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to Vashist Muni. Overnight in Manali.
Day - 5 - Manali - Excursion to Snow Point / Rohtang Pass (51 km / approx. 3 hour drive)
This morning proceed on an excursion to Snow Point on the Rohtang Pass road. The pass is open between June and October every year and is the gateway to Lahaul Spiti, Pangi and Leh valley. You could enjoy pony and horse ride on your own. Return to the hotel late afternoon / early evening. The evening is at leisure. You can spend time by taking a stroll to local markets. Overnight in Manali.
Day - 6 - On to Chandigarh / Zirakpur (320 km / approx. 9 hour drive)
Today proceed to Chandigarh / Zirakpur. Lunch will be served en route in a local restaurant / Dhaba at Sundernagar / Mandi. On arrival into Chandigarh, check into your hotel.
Overnight in Chandigarh / Zirakpur.
Day - 7 - Depart Chandigarh Airport
